Typically your package will arrive via DHL within 1-4 business days.
For postage, packaging and insurance for standard shipping within Germany, a flat rate of €6.90 is charged. (The goods are insured up to €5,000.)
For postage, packaging and insurance for standard shipping to EU countries, a flat rate of €19.90 is charged (minimum order value of €120 and prepayment or PayPal payment required).
RETURNS
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you bear the regular costs of the return shipment, provided the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed €40, or if the price is higher, you have not yet provided consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal. Otherwise, the return is free of charge for you.
Payment on Invoice
Sale on invoice to new customers only with a positive credit check result. The check is carried out by "Creditreform CEG Stuttgart". The payment term is 14 days.
